This is an excellent tool that I been waiting for, for a long time. I always wonder how to generate this statistics. Thanks PWR.
I am happy to see this tool. I am looking for median home price by city/by month for the last 12 months. Does anyone know where I can find these stats?
Not very impressive in comparison to other tools out there. Trendgraphics is superior and Market Trends is the best I have seen. These are the industry leaders and you should look at these models.
